Upstairs boasts a double aspect twin bedroom, set into the eaves with sloping beamed ceiling and small bed settee.

There is a small, fully equipped kitchen  with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, with stairs leading to first floor. 

Ground floor shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Sorry, but no pets accepted and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises or grounds.   The cottage is suitable for adult use only.

Shops, including a new supermarket, can be found in Sturmnster Newton and the delightful Crown Inn pub and restaurant at Ibberton is some 2.5 miles distant.

The Cerne Abbas Giant is a short distance from Magnolia Cottage and a "must see" attraction.
